JK Plastics works with smash repairers across Sydney collecting car bumper bars for recycling.
The plastic from these bars are processed into granulated form. There are requirements for this program which include:
 The bar must be completely stripped clean of all contaminates including but not limited to; metal, grills, chrome, clips, headlights, fog lamps, reflectors & reinforcement bars.
The bar must be plastic – no rubber or fibreglass bars are accepted. Please provide the following details. A representative will get back to you with fees & conditions for the program.

Chemical Drum Collection Program & Drummuster Program For Recycling

JK Plastics collects plastic chemical drums. This program is designed to ensure that chemical drums are disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner. Fees apply and bookings for collection/deliveries are required.

They must meet our 100% clean, cleanliness requirements which involve:
  • Triple rinsing them free of all chemical and chemical residue
  • Dry Them
  • Lids Off
Note: Drums/Containers which have previously held oil, grease, lubricant or other greasy substances are not eligible for this program.
You can book your delivery to the JK Plastics facility or organise a collection through email. A representative will email you with confirmation of delivery or collection and any fees that may apply.

Plastic Pallet Recycling Program

JK Plastics reprocesses plastic pallets diverting them from landfill Fees may apply and bookings for collection/deliveries are required.

Pallets must meet our 100% cleanliness requirements which involve:
  • Accept both Polyethelyene and Polypropylene Plastic only (Look for recycling codes 2 and 5 or letter combinations HDPE,PE, PP on the pallet)
  • Contamination Free - Particularly metal reinforcement bars.
  • Note any plugs on the pallet - commonly nylon or rubber in your enquiry.
Note: Pallets must be contamination free - all waste products and oil needs to be thoroughly washed off before acceptance.
